Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is thoughtfully reserved exclusively for you. To ensure the highest level of service for every guest, I kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
